We were hoping for a 7965 soft key that users could press – record the call- complete the call- and have the recording delivered to Unity mailbox. Cisco
The issue here from a consent manner is that there would be no pre-recorded message saying ‘this call may be recorded’.
That said, you are conflating things with your tech stack. 7965 is hardware and unity mailbox is just a mailbox. What you require is software which may or may not be provided by your phone provider.

You misspelled West Virginia as “Verginia”.
Pretty embarrassing I’d say. 🙂

What you are looking for is called ‘on-demand call recording’. Here is an example from a popular provider called ring central – https://support.ringcentral.com/mvp/admin/company-account-settings/turning-on-on-demand-automatic-call-recording.html#:~:text=There%20are%20two%20ways%20to,is%20turned%20off%20by%20default. There are many different providers though like Amazon or others. This is assuming you are using a VOIP system.
Tried to communicate with you via the email above but it came back undeliverable! You still around?
Yes
Sweet. Do you have a working email or was it just a fluke that the email above didn’t go through?
